Crown not shown on VIP organisation

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.1.0-1695288641.c09272ec.bookworm
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 12
  • Browser + version: Vivaldi

Expected behavior:

(see: Organizations — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation)

Actual behavior:

  • No crown is shown anywhere

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Mark an organisation as VIP

Is anyone else seeing this behaviour? I marked several organisations as VIP, but no crown is shown anywhere the organisation’s icon is displayed.
It does work, I can create special views/triggers etc all based on an organisation being VIP or not. It’s just the crown that doesn’t appear anywhere it should.

Did you check the browser cache or something in this direction? Maybe with a “private” tab?

For me, it’s working fine locally.

Thanks for replying.
Yes, I tried almost everything I could think of.
But now I know it works fine for others, so I will take a look at the install itself and see if something went wrong there.
I had Zammad 5.4 on an older Debian 9 system. I built a new Debian 12 system and migrated all data over to it and imported it all in 6.1
That all went really, really, really fine and great by the way! It’s really impressive how easy this entire process was and how well-documented! So I had everything up and running within an hour.

We have been using Zammad 6.1 on Deb12 for several days now and found no issues after the migration. But it is entirely possible something went wrong with this particular icon somehow.
I will do a clean install on another system and see what the path of the icon is and such and see if I can fix it.

Thanks for letting me know it does work properly and it’s not a bug in Zammad itself!
