Creating Trigger fpr Closing ticket

Expected behavior:

Hey,

I want to create a Trigger, which will close a Ticket after 14 days, when the status is “pending for customer”. I testet the funktion with a 1 Minute trigger.

Actual behavior:

The trigger doesn´t funcion as expected.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Trigger will not work for this. You’ll need to use the Scheduler.

Thank you for your fast response. I assume that only full admins can use scheduler?.. I can´t see them in my menu like i can set up Triggers or Text modules

I am not aware of that type of permission that would allow only part of the settings.

What version of Zammad are you running? You may need to update.
