I want to create a Trigger, which will close a Ticket after 14 days, when the status is “pending for customer”. I testet the funktion with a 1 Minute trigger.
Actual behavior:
The trigger doesn´t funcion as expected.

Thank you for your fast response. I assume that only full admins can use scheduler?.. I can´t see them in my menu like i can set up Triggers or Text modules
