Creating ticket as outgoing mail has a bug

Hi,

we use Zammad for ourselves. Tickets are created from our own people or the ZammadAgents.
When we create a ticket which should be solved by a 3rd party outside, then we create it as outgoiing mail.

With this, the fields customer and CC have to be switched and not as usual. Here customer has to be the adress of the 3rd party support and out customer must stand in CC.

Can you switch this in a further build.

Huh? That ain’t a bug.
I don’t want the third party to communicate with my customer, I’ll be the proxy.

For example that’s a use case too.
