Creating articles from Slack

Hi,

Currently we have the incoming webhook Zammad notifications to a specific channel.
We’d like our agents to be able to answer tickets (adding articles to a ticket), making the Slack integration 2-way instead of 1-way.

Is this possible? Planned? I could not find any info about that.
