Creating a field

Hi

I would like to add an empty field to make a note in the right column in this section. Kind of near where I have it highlighted.

Would I do that in the “Objects” menu settings and under “Ticket”? Then I would need to do a system restart?

Also in the object menu what does it mean by “position”

Is the full system restart option within the dashboard? Or is that something an admin has to do?

The full restart option has to be set by the admin

This post explains it fairly well

Set environment variable APP_RESTART_CMD="/path/to/your_app_script.sh restart"

it depends on how you installed zammad. If for example if zammad can be started with systemctl start zammad You’ll want to look at /etc/systemd/system/zammad.service or if that doesn’t exist /lib/systemd/system/zammad.service Then see if there’s a line like EnvironmentFile=-/etc/default/zammad Then you would put APP_RESTART_CMD="systemctl restart zammad" # or however you want to restart zammad in /etc/default/zammad If that line doesn’t exist you could add the full EnvironmentFile line u…
