Create ticket via API - use templates and signatures?

  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu
  • Browser + version: various

Expected behavior:

  • Creating a ticket via API allows to use predefined templates and mail signatures.

Actual behavior:

  • none so far

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a ticket via curl or n8n works, but it is possible to select templates or signatures?

no one ever tried this? So I assume it is not possible to templates?
