Create Ticket by Sending Mail

Is it available option for the customers to send mail and receive it on Zammad as ticket? If yes please how to do it?

Channel is your answer. You must configure an e-mail channel.

Thank you it is working I already added email channel but didn’t know that this will work I thought the channel is used to send notifications.
