Expected behavior:
- Dear everyone,
I have created a Microsoft webhook connector and connected it to Zammad.
A trigger has been set up: each action that has been created for a specific user is sending a notification to a specific channel in my Microsoft teams.
So basically I have 3 webhook connectors, one for each of my agents and I would have 3 triggers, one for each of my agent also.
Each of my agent would receive the notifications that are under his ownership and not an entire list of actions that do not matter to him.
Actual behavior:
- So it works for one agent perfectly but for the 2 others, nothing is moving.
Therefore my question: can I have several webhooks that are linked to one separate Teams channel - the only thing changing is the owner in my trigger the rest is the same.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a connector inside of Microsoft. I have one connector for each channel.
Connect the connectors to a Zammad webhook (here I have 3 Webhooks, one for each agent)
Trigger for each agent, once an action is created with the owner is a specific user.
For one is working and the rest are not triggering.
