Hi,
we just started with Zammad are impressed by the intuitive way of working with it. Our customers love it.
Now we have the following usecase that must be administered manually at the moment:
1.) A new customer/organisation is set up.
2.) A set of several tickets are created. Each one filled with from a separate template and assigned to a customer.
Has anyone an idea how this manual work could be automated this?
