Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 6.3.x.70297fbb6.saas
- Used Zammad installation type: Saas
- Operating system: Windows 10
- Browser + version: Edge 126.0.2592.61
Expected behavior:
- we are building a basic form for customer tickets with core workflows. These should be guided
- during the ticket creating we would like to hide title and text and autofill them later with the guided infos.
Actual behavior:
ticket object variables “text” and “title” do not allow hide and are positioned at the top.
So when you follow the ticket down a customer will first fill title and text before being presented with guided options.
Only options are toggle readonly or fill.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- create core workflow for a ticket and use action for title or text.
We had this question several times by now in the last weeks and months. This is not possible in any way.
After we’ve talked on the phone today, i have created a Feature Request for your use case as this is asked a lot in my workshops:
Position ticket attributes above or in between “Title” and “Text” in the ticket creation mask - Feature requests - Zammad - Community
Feel free to add your use case (not the hiding solution, though).
I don’t think it should be possible to hide title and/or text as these two fields are super essential in all of Zammad. But Core Workflows are able to prefill them based on selections.
I think you mistake threads? The thread topic is in a way different context than your FR.
Yeah, my FR is not exactly what s.fischer asked here, but according to our phone call today it is related.
Ok thanks for the reply and the FR. I will add to the discussion there.
If anybody wants to close this post you’re welcome to do it.
