Copy Prod to DEV - Config only

I would like to copy the configuration from our productive instance to the test instance. The configuration for me is all objects, all overviews, core workflows. Unfortunately, I have not found a way to copy only these. I do not want to transfer all tickets to our DEV system. The amount of data is too large for that.
Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions on how I can do this?

I have only found descriptions in the instructions that allow a complete backup including all tickets.

Correct. There’s no other way. Copying all configs might not always be what one might want, e.g. you might be in risk of fetching mails to a test system and then you wonder where your mails are. That’s a classic mistake.

We’re at Zammad 6.3 for quite a while. It is a security release, please update.
