Connect Domino mail database in Zammad

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.0-1713527245.bf4df2a1.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
  • Browser + version: Firefox 115

We currently use a Domino mail database as our support mailbox. Tickets are created from all mails that arrive there. This is no problem with our current ticket system
Is it possible to connect a Domino Mail database under Zammad? We have tried a lot in Zammad but unfortunately we can’t get it to work.
