We need to make the attribute “firstname” optional, because we dont have always firstnames for customers.
Where is the configuration Option for this feature?
instead if “firstname” “lastname” maybe it is better to use “fullname” ?
Why cant we set the order of additional added attributs e.g. in tickets?
I adde “device” attribute. Now when genarating a new ticket i have to scroll down to see this field. I want to change the order.
any ideas?
