Hello! there is information about variable in admin docs

  1. There is no config file for the variables you’re referring to.
  2. What do you want to change exactly?

Hi! I want to change the tamplates of the mail notifications. For now in the bottom of the mail notification there is link view in Zammad. I want to change the name of the link

Hi @PeterS812, currently, this is not possible.

You can change those files for each language on your own, but this is not recommended at all. You even have to change those files again after each update of your Zammad instance I guess.
