Complete Ticket Content sent by email when closed

Hi,
I need a trigger that sends the complete history of a ticket (all messages) to a kind of backup email address when the ticket has been set to close.
According to (Dec 2019):
Send email with full ticket-text at closure - Technical assistance - Zammad - Community
this is not possible, but I read somewhere (cannot find that source again :frowning: ) that this has been implemented in Zammad - hasn’t it?
I am using Zammad 5.2.x

What you want to achieve is not possible in Zammads core. This hasn’t changed I’m afraid.
