Column width in overviews in mobile view not adjustable

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Client: Android / IOS
  • Browser + version: Chrome, Safari

Actual / Expected behavior:

In the Overviews there are a several columns with fixed width. In the mobile view you just see dots and cant adjust the column-width so you can read the e.g. title. Is there a trick/way to adjust it.

No there isn’t.
This is done by application logic or CSS (depends on the part) and thus is a “root” issue.

However, on mobile devices you usually can’t extend such columns on mobile sites.
At least I don’t know a way to do it.

Suggestion for overviews would be to reduce the columns you display for better overview.
