Color formatting


  • Used Zammad version: 3.0
  • Installation method (source, package, …): any
  • Operating system: any
  • Database + version: any
  • Elasticsearch version: any
  • Browser + version: any

Expected behavior:

  • The original color formatting of an incoming mail should be maintained. If the customer is color marking the text it should be shown in that way in the ticket.

Actual behavior:

  • The text of the incoming mail is color marked but the formatted text will not be shown in the ticket.
  • It is only visible if you klick on „Originale Formatierung“.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Send a mail with formatted text to zammad.

P.S. It would be great if the agent could highlighted the text in color.
