Co-Managed Agent Restrictions


Wanting to use Zammad in a Co-Managed MSP environment.

All works well with having Agents only see tickets for their organization,
but on the Agents create new ticket they have access to all Customers,
not just from their organization which won’t work for security reasons.

Is there a way to have them only be able to create tickets for their organization and disable the create new Customers for Agents as they shouldn’t have access to this feature?

Other than that Zammad is working well, just wish their was some restrictions on this subject.
