I have a user that has managed to open hundreds of tickets in the “tabs” part of the UI. This is causing their session to crash when it is loaded. I was hoping to be able to find the entries in the database and just remove them, however, having an issue finding it.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of the table they are in? This install is using MySQL.
