Requesting for help how can a configure to auto backup of zammad using cronjob
Ex. want to backup daily every 11pm
I trying some tutorials but is not working…my bad T_T

Hey,
you can use the shipped backup script in /opt/zammad/contrib/backup (zammad_backup.sh).
You can run that with full path via cronjob if needed, you can take a look at the following cronjob article might help you: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cron#Overview
Please note that our shipped script needs configuration work before, so running it manually before cronjobbing it, is usefull.
