Closed tickets still sending escalation notifications

Hello everyone, we’ve noticed an issue where, after closing a ticket, the system continues to send email notifications saying that the ticket is being escalated, even though it has already been closed.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? Could it be a misconfiguration?

Does the ticket in question show any escalation reminder sendouts in the history? If not, you’re not looking at the Zammad instance sending these reminders. I’d call “cloned instance” without proper cleaning up.
