please i need help, when a ticket status closed its reopens by iteslf

What is the issue template. The issue we are facing is that when we work on open tickets, the state is changed to close and we update it. But after a few seconds the ticket that has a close state reopens so the state now shows as open.
Thank you for the assistance, I saw a response from you on same issue way back 2020 on trigger been the cause and I have been able to trace the cause.
