Maybe I missed it, but is there a way for agents to reset the customer’s password?
Is there any possibility to change the status of an object during password reset? For security reasons we use a custom object “validated” for clients who presented their ID during their visit. Whenever someone resets the password we need this status to be set into “not validated” again.
Yes and no. Agents by default cannot change any passwords - that’s intentional.
Changing passwords is an administrative task and requires the permission to do so.
