Click able text instead of url

• Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
• Operating system: Ubuntu
• Browser + version: any

Hello,
is it possible to create an “URL” Objekt (for customers) where the agent will see a text instead of the URL

Like this:
click to website
and not this:
http://www.sharkys-home.de

We have a link for each customer in an active directory field witch I do import to zammad.
But this link is very long and it would be better to see only a short text (the same for each)

Has someone an idea?

Beside of that, if above is not good enough: No, there’s no way to achieve that.
