Clarification on postmaster filters

Hello,

New to Zammad. It looks awesome, and I can’t wait to get everything going. Can’t seem to find anything in the docs. I’m wondering if filters must use regex, or if I can simply enter text to match the ‘contains’ condition.

E.g. could I enter:

Body contains ‘welcome to zammad - community’

and it would match the email

Welcome to Zammad - Community!

?

Are these case sensitive?

You don’t have to - we even have an example for that noted.

Are these case sensitive?

I’ve just tested it. They’re not case sensitive.
