Cisco CUCM CT Integration

Hi,

i want to integrate CISCO Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) with zammad. CISCO has a tool jabber sdk for webintegration.

But this is much to far as our needs are. We need only the normal CTI features which are provided by Generic CTI.
Do you see a way to integrate CUCM with zammad?
It is possible to do this without jabber sdk, because these need a extra browser addon, which connects to CUCM?

Please note that this is a feature request without any hearts (we use these to see the need in the community), so implementation currently is rather unlikely.
