Checkmk duplicate tickets created

Hey there,

I’m currently trying to connect my checkmk instance to my zammad instance, but for mails it doesn’t work cause the resolving mails are not matched with existing tickets. So if host A goes down it creates one ticket and if host A goes up again it creates another ticket.

I guess it’s the same error like this github issue:

Are there any updates on that bug? The issue has been open for a relatively long time.

Mails are preferred cause I can see graphs etc. in the ticket without feeling the need to login to checkmk itself.
