Chat Reporting ("Create Channel" filter for "Chat")

Is there a way to filter reports by Chat usage?

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.2.x

Expected behavior:

  • When using Zammad with Chat enabled
  • Be able to filter reports by a “Create Channel” named “Chat”

As per docs at https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/manage/report-profiles.html

Actual behavior:

  • Not able to filter reports by chat usage

As far as I’m aware you can only filter for tickets.
So technically you’d need to turn your chat log into a ticket after closing the chat.

The ticket can life in a specific group for better filtering if needed.

If that’s not a good enough solution, that’d be a feature request that you could create on the community board here for measurement. :slight_smile:
