I have the following problem, since the update to 3.6.0 it is no longer possible to activate the chat for customers.
The item Chat is not selectable. Is there a possibility to activate the chat, for the customers?

What do you want to accomplish? That customers can handle incoming chat requests?
That customers can communicate with the support (Agent) via the chat function.
That was never possible. You have to put the chat on your website, it can’t be displayed in Zammad itself.
