Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: Windows server
  • Browser + version: Google Crhome

Hello I want to charge on the Tickets view the custumers information and the proyects that they are linked to that client. Also we want to use with an SQL database on SQL Server. And when the ticket change to the state closed we want to show a pop-up with the information of the ticket. How can we do that? Thank you!
