Changes to the checklist do not count as an update in the ticket.

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Linux
  • Browser + version:

Expected behavior:

  • If you change the checklist in the application and click the update button, you will receive a notification about the change in the application

Actual behavior:

  • Email notification does not arrive

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Add checklist requests, mark completed items, click update.

A ticket update needs to contain at least one change. Other wise a trigger that looks for ticket updates won’t trigger (as nothing changed).

As you correctly noticed: Ticket checklists, just like tags, do not count as a ticket update.
