Hello, I would like to get straight to the point. For some time now we have been trying to establish zammad as a ticket system. However, we miss a few features. A workflow with running scripts would be very helpful. I know this from larger ticketsystem. Currently i appreciate zammad that it is so uncomplicated and simple.
The biggest shortcoming for us at the moment is to keep the tickets clear. Here it would be helpful to introduce some kind of changemanagement, but very simple. Tickets should be distinguishable between faults and changes. To work better with Changetickets could be a kanban overview. I have openproject in mind.
- Are you currently planning to introduce workflows?
- Would it be possible to introduce a simple changemanagement or a better distinction between problems and changes?
