Change ticket history order to latest reply on top and old reply on the bottom


  • Used Zammad version: 6.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 24.04
  • Browser + version: Firefox

Expected behavior:

  • When ticket is opended the latest email should be on top and the old ones on the bottom

Actual behavior:

  • latest email is on the bottom and old ones on the top

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Open a ticket with long history where there is back and forth emails
