Change ticket background color in overviews


  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) source
  • Operating system: centos 7

I state that I am new in the community, I have a question:
Is it possible to change the background color of a ticket in the overviews if the ticket is read by the operator?
or change the status automatically if the operator reads the ticket?
