Title: Option to change the week start date

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    When changing a ticket to pending reminder, the calendar that comes up starts with Mondays as the start of the week. This is different from every other calendar our company uses.

  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    There have been many cases when I need a reminder on Wednesday, and if I click on the middle of the week, that’s actually Thursday, then I miss the deadline.

  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    There is no setting to change the start of the week from what I have found.

  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    An option to change the start of the week to Sunday would be great. I am sure there are many other people that use the calendar with Monday as the start, so an option to keep it the same would make sure that nobody is inconvenienced.
    If there is any more useful information, feel free to share it all (e.g.: mockup screenshots, if something is UI related, or the API URL/documentation URL for a service you need a connection to).

This would be handy, seeing that places like the USA start their weeks on Sunday and not Monday. We’ve also had a few “scheduled things a day off” because of that (I’ve done it a few times, until I realized that the weeks were starting on Monday). An option in the settings that would allow you to choose what the start-of-the-week-day is would be great! Thanks!
