Change sender format to a friendly display name

Hi!

We are using Zammad on premise (newest version).

Is it possible to change the sender format to the more “friendly” display name?

For now i just get two options:

Agent Name + FromSeparator + System Address Display Name
System Address Display Name

The display name of the mail address is the display name that’s used during sendout.
This means if you use “system address display name”, you’ll use the display name of the email alias in question.

How much friendlier to you want it to be?

Hi @MrGeneration,

We are using “system address display name” in the settings, but the email still shows the address “hi@hello.com” as the sender instead of “Friendly Name”.
