Change reply to address when changing customer

It happens frequently, that requests were send to personal E-Mail addresses instead of the addresses linked to Zammad. The most pragmatic way is to forward there mails to Zammad and change the customer.
Problem: When you now click on “reply”, the answer is not sent to the customer - it’s send to the personal address. So you have to manually change the reply to address, too. That seems to be inefficient and error prone.
