Change order of fields in Ticket


  • Used Zammad version: 2.9.X
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Microsoft EDGE

Expected behavior:

  • I want to change the order of the fields which are available in a Ticket. Right now the order is: Title, Customer,…
    I want to have it like Customer, Title.
    Is there a way to get to this?

Actual behavior:

  • Changing of field position not possible.

You can’t do this without changing code which I would not suggest.
