Title: Change Order of Columns

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    In our SaaS hosted environment we have different type of application owners with there own overview. While they have there own overview they want to change the positions of the shown columns for a better “overview”. At this point it is not possible to change this by themself or with an admin.

  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    While searching for tickets with the last update.

  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    Zammad is only able activate different columns but we are not allowed to change the order of these.

  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    We want to have the oppertunity for our agents to sort there columns like they need them.
