Change font email

Used Zammad version: 2.6
Installation method (source, package, …):
Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
Database + version: Postgres 9.4
Elasticsearch version: ES 5.6
Browser + version: Chrome 67.0.3396.99

Is it possible to change the font for the email, because send font helvetica, i want send email font calibri? Because the ways of changing through html does not work, and also by # {font} also does not move. I tried used the wrapper template file but not working, probably I doing something wrong.

As far as I’m aware this is currently not possible.

It should work copying preformatted text into zammad - but I’m not so sure about that.
