Change e-mail subject header


I have integrated zammd with our e-mail ID and that e-mail is in the AWS SNS topic, I have stared receive an emails and also zammad is generating ticket out ot it. BUT that e-mail i have received thats subject is not showing “TICKET NUMBER” or anything>

I want to show my ticket number into mail>

PLease helping me out

You can change this in the admin section under Settings → Ticket → Ticket Hook

it will make change in ticket it self like below screen short, received mail from SNS is not affecting by this i have tried this, is there any possibility ???
