  • Used Zammad installation source: Packages
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
  • Browser + version: FF, newest

Expected behavior:

I expected to change the context root of zammad in the gui like changeing the fqdn (system - basis) to something like /zammad/ or /tickets/

The goal is to make zammad availabe under the same url as other ressources in the web with a different context path like
www.company.eu/ (ie a website)
www.company.eu/download
www.company.eu/tickets

It would be nice pointing me to the right direction in handling the described setup.

This affects several parts of Zammad, especially your FQDN setting (company.de/zammad), the notification sender (you have to edit this one!) and of course your proxy configuration.

What exactly do you need help with, do you expect a webserver config from the Community?
If so, your used webserver is important :slight_smile:
