I get 500 error, i tried to configure a new secret, no luck, even deleted the APP Registration on EntraID.

I was using let’s encrypt for this server. But after seeing an SQL error on Zammad and logs, I Installed a real wildcard provided by rapidSSL and all is ok

and then updated the certificate (no Lets Encrypt, a real wildcard) and its okay now on both servers, but the v5.3 server, doesnt want to add 365 accounts, it takes me back to a callback URL (Well configured also) saying error 500.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Settings → Microsoft 365
Configure APP, Request admin consent for two emails I have for different areas.
it ask for 365 email and password, then it redirect to my callback URL saying error 500
then try to add an account, and same error 500, restarted the entire machine. recreated apps on 365, all API PERMISSONS are okay.

I know the version is old but please help.. ive tried everything,

This version is way too old mate.
Update it, it comes with lots of bug fixes (and features!).

There were microsoft 365 related bugs. Just keep your systems up to date.
If everything is correctly setup and still returning error 500 after updating, check your production log.

It was my firewall.. fixed.
thanks, see ya !
