Can't see Users [SOLVED]

Dear Community,

I’m creating a new Zammad environment for a company. (Ubuntu)

After I have set up everything i started to create 1 Admin User, 1 Agent and 1 Customer to test every state of the specific Users.

Now my problem is, i can’t see any Users created on the surface?

Can someone lend me a hand on where i failed to set it up?

You might be missing the elasticsearch plugin “ingest-attachment”.

Alright, thanks.

I didn’t install it because it causes my machine to crash.
After reboot it freezes my machine.

Guess I have to make it work.
