Infos:
Hi all, currently I’m having trouble on downloading the report in the reporting page. In which it will show “The connection was reset” error page. For info, I can download the report for Y2020 which had 183 tickets, but can’t for Y2021 which currently has 800++ tickets.
I know that there is a limit of 6000 tickets, but current tickets is way below the max 6000 right?
I do monitor the log file, it seems that while Zammad still retrieving info, browser side already show the error page.
I had this problem since ver 3.x and had since rebuild indexes and also upgrade to ver 4.0. At the beginning right after upgrade to 4.0.x, I can download the full report, but after a while the problem comes back.
Can anyone help on this? Thank you.
