Encryption: The private key for decryption could not be found.
As far as Iām aware, encryption happens based on the recipient, which is why you cannot do that if having people in (B)CC. This does seem to differ from how PGP works, based on a very quick and dirty google search from my end.

When I download the received mail and open it with Outlook, I can decrypt the received message and view the contents.
I have found an article from otrs that shows that it does work:
Security analysts benefit from decryption of incoming emails, even if the recipient address is in the blind carbon copy (Bcc) field because it allows them to decrypt mails that contain a STORM mail address as recipient in the blind carbon copy field....
