Can't create trigger for tickets with attachments

I’m looking to quickly classify incoming support emails and there is one type of email that we receive that always has an attachment.

While not a perfect way to classify tickets, we determined there wouldn’t be many false positives for such a filter. When I go to create the trigger however, I do not see an attachment option in the list of supported properties for tickets.

Is this not possible? Is there another way to accomplish this?
