Can't create admin account on first setup

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: debian - bullseye
  • Browser + version: Firefox 91

Expected behavior:

  • Finishing the setup wizard successfull.

Actual behavior:

  • Fresh installation of zammad, doesn’t allow to setup a admin user as the first step in the setup wizard. On pesseing the “Create” button the site shows no reaction and stays in that state for ever. Only a refresh of the page allows you to get back to start of the setup wizard.

:person_shrugging: sounds like the connection to the server is lost.
Check your browsers developer console (network tab) and the production.log of Zammad on your server.
