Can't configure Trigger anymore

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Windows 11
  • Browser + version: Firefox 115 esr

Expected behavior:

  • I want to configure some additional Trigger. I already have some configured and they work totally fine

Actual behavior:

  • No matter what I do, the Trigger that i used since a year are active and don’t care, if they are active or not. They also send mails, if I delete them.
    My new triggers do not work, no matter what i do.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • It always behaves like that.

Can you check production log and JavaScript console for error messages?

We had the same issue with the latest update. Quick fix was to provide full admin rights to the user. It does not work if only enabling triggers…
