we have some problems to close tickets. Some tickets cannot be closed. They turn green and then immediately turn orange. I am admin and should actually be able to close the tickets. What can that be?
What should i say,
this is it. We cant close tickets. Im an agend and cant close some tickets. And i ask why.

Well, not ignoring the issue template would be a starter for example.
Right now I expect a trigger to be in your way which changes the state.
Your ticket history might help you with that information.
Also, you might want to re-upload your screenshots without sensitive information…
